Noble is responsible for leading and overseeing all phases of permitting, development and construction of the company’s current projects and expansion efforts on Florida’s West Coast.
An expert in his field, Noble has over 30 years of project management, construction management and civil design experience and has managed a wide range of successful residential and commercial developments from conception to completion. His experience includes working in land development for national homebuilders and commercial developers, handling all due diligence tasks for land development site evaluations and managing multiple teams during project design, development, and construction phases.
Noble earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology and is an active member of the Tampa Bay Builders Association.
