With more than 15 years of experience in real estate marketing, James is responsible for developing strategies and executing tactics that consistently communicate the company’s brand message. She oversees all of GreenPointe’s communications, public relations and promotional activities with an emphasis on elevating and reinforcing all branding and marketing efforts. In her role, she works to cultivate strong emotional connections to target audiences and stakeholders by employing results-driven, integrated marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
Prior to joining GreenPointe Developers, James acquired extensive marketing and sales experience that included leading national sales teams and developing and implementing comprehensive marketing programs.
James earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from University of Montevallo. She is a member of the Northeast Florida Builders Association Sales and Marketing Council and ULI North Florida.
