Gregg Kern Regional President, North Florida

Kern is responsible for leading GreenPointe’s North Florida operations, overseeing strategic growth initiatives, land acquisitions and company development efforts throughout the region. In his role, Kern drives the strategic direction and ongoing processes that support the continued expansion and advancement of GreenPointe’s North Florida footprint.

Kern joined GreenPointe in 2013 as Construction Manager and has also served as Vice President of Development for Northeast Florida communities and as Division Manager for the North Florida Region. Prior to joining GreenPointe, Kern’s extensive professional experience includes both residential and commercial construction and real estate development.

A Certified Building Contractor licensed in Florida, Kern earned his master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Management and an associate degree in Business from the University of North Florida.
