Kern is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of the development team members as well as the daily operations of the company’s North Florida division. In his role, Kern coordinates and implements the strategic initiatives and ongoing processes to ensure the continued efficiency, growth and expansion of the region.
Kern joined GreenPointe in 2013 as Construction Manager and has also served as GreenPointe’s Vice President of Development for Northeast Florida communities. Prior to joining GreenPointe Developers, Kern’s extensive professional experience includes both residential and commercial construction and real estate development.
A Certified Building Contractor licensed in Florida, Kern earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration focused in Finance, a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Management and an associate’s degree in Business from the University of North Florida.
