Steve Griggs

Development Manager, Caribbean Division

As Development Manager, Griggs oversees development from planning phase to completion of residential and commercial projects for GreenPointe’s expansion into the Caribbean.  An accomplished executive-level manager, Griggs’ has extensive experience in acquisitions, entitlements, community design, land development and construction.  

With a broad range of real estate competencies, Griggs’ professional background is highlighted by small- and large-scale projects including single-family, luxury high-rises, apartments, commercial, hotels and marinas with project values in excess of $350 million.

Grigg’s earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Indianapolis and holds a variety of professional certifications in the field.
