This expertise includes Community Development District (“CDD”) debt purchases and restructuring with over $270 MILLION issued, purchased and restructured.

GreenPointe supports the Monique Burr Foundation, through their programs that are making a difference in the lives of youth, protecting them from bullying, digital dangers, various forms of abuse, exploitation, and human trafficking. MBF Programs are a series of comprehensive, evidence-based, trauma-informed programs that educate and empower youth (grades Pre-K to 12) with knowledge and strategies to prevent, recognize, and respond appropriately to bullying, cyberbullying, online dangers, child abuse, and exploitation/trafficking.
