Farhat provides legal oversight and strategic guidance for GreenPointe’s operations, ensuring compliance and supporting the company’s growth across its diverse real estate portfolio. She advises on corporate governance, contracts, and development initiatives, working closely with leadership to navigate complex legal matters. Her role is integral to maintaining GreenPointe’s momentum as the company expands into new markets and communities.

Farhat earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Central Florida.
