Carolina Aristimuño is Human Resources Director for GreenPointe Holdings.
In her role, Aristimuño brings more than 10 years of human resources, payroll and recruiting experience to the company. Her responsibilities include managing personnel, recruitment and retention, staff development and benefits administration. Aristimuño is responsible for developing corporate policies and providing guidance on employment law compliance. She serves as a resource leader and mentor for junior employees and new team members.
Aristimuño is bilingual in English and Spanish, and her experience extends to international business practices and protocols including managing international clients.
Aristimuño earned her Masters of Business Administration in Management and International Business and bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Rockhurst University. She is a member of the First Coast Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Society for Human Resource Management.
