GreenPointe Holdings President and COO Grady Miars joined business and community leaders at the Tallahassee Community Conference on Sunday, August 16 to discuss master-planned communities and Tallahassee’s next chapter. Grady shared GreenPointe’s perspective on thoughtful, long-term development, highlighting TalisTrails as an example of how intentional planning can create a strong sense of place while supporting the region’s continued growth. As Tallahassee grows, the conversation is not simply about whether it grows, but how – and how thoughtful development can help shape a community for generations to come.
The Annual Tallahassee Chamber Community Conference is a multi-day leadership and networking event hosted by the Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce. The 2026 event took place August 13–16 at the Ritz-Carlton on Amelia Island, presented by FSU Health, bringing together regional business and political leaders.
