Chris Rusnak

Chief Accounting Officer

A licensed real estate professional and CPA, Rusnak focuses on the expansion and development of capital partner relations and overall corporate financial monitoring and analysis as well as direct administration of all Accounting and Finance Operations for the company’s entire portfolio of high-value residential and mixed-use communities.

Prior to joining GreenPointe in 2014, Rusnak held management roles at Regency Centers, the commercial real estate company, and the international accounting firm, KPMG.

He is a member of Urban Land Institute North Florida and graduated from the Center for Leadership inaugural class of 2019.
