Reprinted from Leah Foreman – Reporter, Jacksonville Business Journal | July 29, 2026 – GreenPointe Holdings LLC already has thousands of homes in the pipeline across Northeast Florida, but the Jacksonville-based developer is looking beyond its current communities for its next wave of growth.
The company is pursuing potential development sites in Clay and Putnam counties, scouting additional opportunities in Nassau County and along the Interstate 10 and Interstate 95 corridors, and evaluating projects farther south from Flagler County to Vero Beach.
Helping drive that expansion is Garrison Burr, who was promoted to finance manager in July. Burr’s new role puts him at the intersection of GreenPointe’s land-development pipeline and the equity and debt partners needed to move future projects forward.
“We’re really excited about all of our growth opportunities across the state, but specifically in Clay County and into Putnam County and Palatka,” Burr told the Business Journal. “We think there are a lot of great growth opportunities there with the First Coast Expressway opening up.”
