Brad Odom

Development Director, North Florida Region

As Development Director, North Florida Region, Odom leads land acquisition efforts in North Florida including negotiating purchases, conducting due diligence, and managing underwriting and feasibility analysis for future development opportunities.  In addition, Odom assists the North Florida Development Team in planning and execution of residential and commercial development projects including GreenPointe’s recent acquisition in northeast Tallahassee, locally known as Welaunee Heel. 

Odom joined GreenPointe in 2022 bringing nearly two decades of professional experience in business, engineering and real estate.

Odom earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Florida State University.
