Jeff Murray

Division Manager, Space Coast Region

Murray is responsible for the daily operations, growth and expansion of GreenPointe’s Space Coast Region which extend into East Central Florida and includes the cities of Palm Bay, Melbourne, Cocoa Beach and Titusville. 

With over 25 years of experience in all areas of real estate, acquisitions, entitlement and development of both residential and commercial land including community and product design of single-family, multi-family and mixed-use communities, Murray leads all development projects from concept to completion on the Space Coast.

Murray holds a bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree and a graduate certificate from the University of Central Florida College of Engineering.  He is a member of the Florida Engineering Society and the Urban Land Institute.
