Patricia Nolan is General Counsel for GreenPointe Holdings. In her role as General Counsel, Nolan will manage legal issues on a variety of business transactions including development, land acquisitions, purchase contracts, corporate governance and other general corporate matters.
Nolan joins GreenPointe after working as a corporate lawyer with Barnett, Kirkwood, Koche, Long & Foster, P.A. in Tampa. She joined Barnett Kirkwood as senior associate in 2018 and was promoted to partner in 2019. Prior to joining Barnett Kirkwood, Nolan was a senior corporate associate with Milam Howard Nicandri Dees & Gillam, P.A., in Jacksonville. Her legal career began with McGuireWoods in Jacksonville.
Nolan earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and is a 2002 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Florida College of Law.
