Florida Trend, the state’s premier business publication, has selected GreenPointe’s President and CEO Ed Burr for inclusion in 2019’s Florida 500, the second edition of a special section that highlights the 500 most influential executives in different economic sectors throughout the state. This immense, year-long research initiative by the editors of Florida Trend resulted in a personal, engaging look at the state’s most influential business leaders.

GreenPointe develops master-planned communities, operating from Jacksonville and regional offices in Tampa, Lakeland, Port St. Lucie, Sarasota and Naples/Fort Myers. The company is developing and managing 13 communities in 11 Florida counties with about 14,000 single-family homesites, 2,000 multi-family units and 800,000 square feet of commercial and retail space.

Civic Contribution: The Monique Burr Foundation launched Athlete Safety Matters to address the need to protect children participating in youth sports.
