GREENPOINTE HOLDINGS WELCOMES THOMAS P. GARRIGAN AS VICE PRESIDENT FINANCE
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Sept. 9, 2015) – GreenPointe Holdings, LLC, announces Thomas P. Garrigan has joined the company as Vice President Finance. In his role, he will manage all portfolio finance and accounting functions.

"His depth of executive finance and leadership experience in real estate investment and asset management will benefit the company and our future growth."
Garrigan was previously founder and Managing Director of Southeast Real Estate Investments, LLC, a Charleston, S.C. real estate consultancy. Clients included regional real estate developers and real estate investors. Mr. Garrigan spent nine years with The Carlyle Group, a Washington, D.C.-based private equity firm, where he was responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of Asset and Financial Management for Carlyle's U.S. Real Estate Funds. Prior to Carlyle, he spent 22 years with KPMG, an international assurance, tax and consulting firm. As a partner for 13 years of his KPMG tenure, he was responsible for major publicly traded entities.
Throughout his career, Mr. Garrigan has achieved success by driving operational improvements in high growth environments, implementing asset and financial management best practices, creating a collaborative team culture and driving profit. Mr. Garrigan served in the U.S. Army Reserves – Finance Corps and earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Mississippi.
