GREENPOINTE HOMES EXPANDS TEAM; ADDS CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS, SALES MANAGER AND PURCHASER WITH EXTENSIVE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Dec. 11, 2013) – GreenPointe Communities, the homebuilding division of GreenPointe Holdings, announced an expansion of its staff with the hiring of two construction managers, a sales manager, and an estimator/purchasing specialist – all with extensive industry experience.
The company hired Justin Robbins as Construction Manager at its Amelia Walk and Cedar Bay communities in Jacksonville; Cris Smith as Construction Manager at Southern Hills Plantation Club in Brooksville and Bridgewater in Lakeland; Sharon Corley as Sales Manager at Southern Hills and Bridgewater; and Darren Allmon as Estimator/Purchasing Specialist responsible for purchasing and procurement.
“Each of these professionals comes to us with a wealth of experience in building places people want to call home,” said Roger Postlethwaite, president of GreenPointe Homes. “We’re fortunate Justin, Cris and Sharon are bringing their level of experience to GreenPointe Homes to help us make our communities even better.”
Robbins, who has more than 16 years of industry experience, most recently was Chief Operating Officer and director of construction for one of the Florida’s largest homebuilders. For GreenPointe, Robbins will oversee all field and business operations at Amelia Walk and Cedar Bay and will coordinate and implement initiatives and processes related to cost control, customer satisfaction, employee training and construction quality.
Smith will manage all field and business operations at Southern Hills and Bridgewater after having worked as a company president and area manager and construction manager at two large homebuilding companies. He previously oversaw all construction and financial operations for several Tampa area communities.
Corley will be responsible for promoting GreenPointe’s Southern Hills and Bridgewater communities, training sales associates and marketing the homes to prospective buyers. She previously worked in Tampa Bay as a broker’s assistant for a real estate agency and as a general sales manager for a homebuilder – for which she had similar responsibilities at several Tampa area communities.
Allmon, who was employed by a top homebuilder, will project and control construction costs by collecting, analyzing and controlling construction costs, negotiating terms and conditions with vendors and achieving department goals and budget.
