Grady Miars, President, GreenPointe Communities, LLC

Grady Miars is the president of GreenPointe Communities, LLC, the community development division of GreenPointe Holdings, LLC, which is actively acquiring, creating and transforming residential and mixed-use communities into neighborhoods for today's homebuyer, while providing lasting, sustainable value.

Miars has more than 20 years experience and an exceptional background in land development, entitlements, land sales, Community Development Districts, land acquisition and amenity/golf operations. As a former Regional Vice-President for Crescent/LandMar Group, LLC, Miars worked for Ed Burr and Roger Postlethwaite and successfully managed a region with four large-scale master-planned communities that generated more than $150 million in land sales revenue.

Prior to his seven years at Crescent/LandMar Group, LLC, Miars was General Manager/Senior Project Manager for the award-winning developer, The Bonita Bay Group. This included his involvement with the flagship community Bonita Bay that earned the prestigious Urban Land Institute (ULI) Award for Excellence in 1999. Most significant was his project management of The Brooks, a 3,600-unit development that became one of the top selling communities in Florida and the nation from 1998-2002, generating more than $300 million in land sales revenue. The Brooks became a benchmark for highly amenitized, large-scale master-planned communities in Southwest Florida.

Miars is actively involved in the real estate industry as a member of ULI and the Southwest Florida Builders Association. He demonstrates his passion for community by volunteering and serving on numerous boards. Miars is chairman for African Caribbean American Catholic Center (AFCAAM), an after school reading and mentoring program in Fort Myers that strives to help people help themselves through empowering programs that offer hope, challenge the culture, and promote self-reliance and human dignity. He is also a board member of the Freedom and Virtue Institute, United Way Allocations and the Tampa Chapter of the Monique Burr Foundation for Children.
Michael Taylor, North Florida Regional President, GreenPointe Communities, LLC

Michael is the North Florida Regional President for GreenPointe Communities. An industry leader with more than 30 years of experience, Taylor has completed more than 41 projects with a total value of more than $840 million.

In his role, Taylor leads GreenPointe Communities vision and growth in Northeast Florida, managing day-to-day operations while developing strategic objectives and programs to ensure profitability of the Division. His primary responsibilities include overseeing sales, finance, land acquisitions, development, construction and customer satisfaction.

Taylor's executive experience includes building and construction management for companies specializing in residential and commercial construction. His expertise spans multiple product segments including single-family, multifamily, golf, office and retail.

Prior to joining GreenPointe Communities, Taylor served as the Division Vice President for a regional homebuilder offering entry level to high-end homes throughout the southeast. During his career. Taylor has completed numerous residential developments and commercial real estate transactions with C-Level management responsibilities throughout Florida and Georgia.

Taylor earned a bachelor's degree from Indiana University. He is a member of the Northeast Florida Builders Association.
Rick Harcrow, Southwest Florida Regional President, GreenPointe Communities, LLC

Rick is the Southwest Florida Regional President for GreenPointe Communities. Based in Tampa, FL, Rick leads GreenPointe's real estate efforts across the central part of the state with emphasis on community development operations and the creation of vibrant, urban mixed-use projects. He is an integral part of GreenPointe's growth strategy and commitment to the central Florida market.

Prior to joining GreenPointe, Rick was Senior Vice President for Newland Real Estate Group, overseeing its Southeast Division. With several award winning communities and innovative projects, Rick successfully managed all aspects of growing the company's division, including over 20,000 residential units and one million square feet of retail and mixed-use assets.

Throughout his career, Rick has been consistently engaged in industry and community activities including serving as a Board member with the Urban Land Institute, Tampa Bay Builders Association, Tampa Historic Preservation Commission, Mayoral appointee to the Tampa Economic Development Committee and HomeAid.
Johnny Lynch, South Florida Regional President, GreenPointe Communities, LLC

Johnny Lynch is the South Florida Manager at GreenPointe Communities. In his role, Lynch is leading and overseeing the development and construction of the company's Veranda master-planned community in Stuart, FL., and actively pursuing acquisitions across South Florida. Lynch is based in Jupiter, FL.

An industry leader with nearly two decades of professional experience, Lynch has extensive knowledge of residential and commercial land development. He previously served as a Vice President managing land development for a national homebuilder and is experienced in all facets of land development, construction and engineering management.

Lynch earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Florida, where he was a member of the Gator's 1996 NCAA National Championship football team. An active volunteer, Lynch has coached numerous youth football teams in Southeast Florida, served four years on the Board of Directors, including as President, of the Jupiter Tequesta Athletic Association Pop Warner football program and is a State of Florida Licensed Foster Care Provider.

Austin Burr, South Florida Assistant Project Manager/Financial Analyst, GreenPointe Communities, LLC

Austin Burr is South Florida Assistant Project Manager/Financial Analyst at GreenPointe Communities. In his role, Burr is supporting development of Veranda, the company's master-planned community in Stuart, Fla., and pursuing future acquisitions in South Florida. Burr is based in Jupiter, Fla.

Prior to joining GreenPointe, Burr served as a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG in Jacksonville. He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance and a master's degree in accounting from Florida State University.

The son of GreenPointe Holdings President and Chief Executive Officer Ed Burr, Austin Burr serves on the Board of Directors of the Monique Burr Foundation, a foundation his father started in memory of his mother to continue her legacy of child protection and child advocacy. The Monique Burr Foundation protects children through prevention education.

Brett Blank, Development Manager, GreenPointe Communities, LLC

In his role as Development Manager, Blank is leading and overseeing the development and construction of The Quay Sarasota, a waterfront mixed-use development offering luxury residential, upscale retail, boutique hotel and state-of-the-art office space overlooking Sarasota Bay.

An industry leader with more than 25 years of experience, Blank has planned and directed 35 developments including urban mixed-use, transportation-oriented, residential, commercial and retail. He has led the development of multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating projects from acquisition, entitlements, development and construction. His experience includes sourcing, negotiating, contracting and completing more than $1 billion in construction projects.

Prior to joining GreenPointe Communities, Blank served as the project manager for a 1,200 residence, healthy-living master-planned community in South Florida.

Blank earned a bachelor's degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy and served in the U.S. Air Force prior to his work in real estate development.

Liam O'Reilly, Senior Development Manager, GreenPointe Communities, LLC

Liam O'Reilly is Senior Development Manager at GreenPointe Communities. In his role, O'Reilly is leading the company's land development. His responsibilities encompass all aspects of new community entitlement, design and development from early due diligence to final lot turnover. O'Reilly is based in the company's Jacksonville headquarters.

An industry leader with a decade of professional experience, O'Reilly previously managed land development for a national homebuilder and has proven success in land acquisition and development with an emphasis on large master-planned residential communities from early entitlements through construction. His significant experience as a Professional Engineer covers a wide variety of projects including the planning, design and construction of all types of private real estate development including single and multi-family, residential, commercial, retail and mixed-use development.

O'Reilly earned a bachelor's degree from Florida State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer. He is an active committee member of Urban Land Institute North Florida and an active National MS Society volunteer.

Gregg Kern, Northeast Florida Construction/Project Manager, GreenPointe Communities, LLC

Gregg Kern is the Northeast Florida Construction/Project Manager for GreenPointe Communities. He is responsible for managing all field and business operations for communities in the company's Northeast Florida division.

In his role, Kern coordinates and implements the strategic initiatives and ongoing processes related to community development from the early planning stages through completion. His project management responsibilities embrace sustainable development practices including quality control, compliance, schedule management and cost control.

As the son of a Construction Manager, Kern has a keen understanding of the Florida construction industry. Professionally, he has years of experience in both residential and commercial construction and real estate development.

Kern earned a bachelor's degree in Building Construction Management and an associate's degree in Business from the University of North Florida. He is a certified residential contractor licensed in Florida.

Gaynelle James, Marketing Director, GreenPointe Communities, LLC

With more than a decade of experience in real estate marketing, Gaynelle is responsible for developing strategies and executing tactics that consistently communicate the company's brand message.

She oversees all communications, public relations and promotional activities with an emphasis on elevating and reinforcing all branding and marketing efforts. Gaynelle stays informed by studying marketing trends and monitoring industry advancements. She works to cultivate strong emotional connections to target audiences by employing results-driven, integrated marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. She believes that communicating a concise, clear and consistent message through unified, high-quality creative efforts can be the most important aspect of a company's potential for success.
